I think people tend to complain about writing biographies for themselves because it's so difficult to sum yourself up in just a few words. Individual lives are never simple, and everyone owns a wealth of experience that shapes who they are. One of my greatest pleasures in life is to study another person's life (real or not) and try to understand who they are and why they do the things they do based on their experiences. Then I portray that character going through a dramatic time in their life and present that portrayal to an audience with the goal of helping them understand that life as well.

It is for this reason that I am an actor.
