No matter what I choose to do on any given day, I put 110% of myself into the task. I’m probably the most competitive person you’ll ever meet, and I’ll take on any challenge (even if I might not have a chance to win at all). Some might say I’ve been lucky with my investments, especially my real estate purchases and sales, but I’d say any and all of my success came from many sleepless nights and tons of hard work.
