Jon Cavanaugh

Hi there! My name is Jon Cavanaugh and I am a proud father of three, a PMO Manager at Fabricut, and occasionally a youth soccer coach. My interest in soccer started when my kids began playing, and I realized the benefits it could bring to their physical and social development.

With over 10 years of coaching experience, I have coached boys, girls, and co-ed teams, and I am eager to learn from others. As a coach, I have received certification from US Soccer Association National E & F Licenses, LaLiga Formation Methodology Level 3, and I have previously been a certified youth soccer referee.

Outside of coaching, I occasionally follow professional soccer and have attended two Premier League games, one with Konnor in Manchester UK!

Some of my favorite soccer books include "The Vision Of A Champion: Advice And Inspiration From The World's Most Successful Women's Soccer Coach" by Anson Dorrance, "Training Soccer Champions" by Anson Dorrance, "My Turn: A Life of Total Football" by Johan Cruyff, and "Soccer IQ" from Dan Blank.

As a coach, I am committed to creating a welcoming and supportive environment for all players while challenging them to become the best versions of themselves.
