Jon Christopher is a licensed Pennsylvania Real Estate Broker and Real Estate Investor who currently resides in the suburbs of Philadelphia. His real estate career started with property management and maintenance which transitioned to purchasing and selling (“flipping”) dilapidated homes. Jon created his own real estate investing company, Progressive Housing Solutions LLC, as a vehicle for his real estate investing endeavors. He "flipped" dozens of homes throughout the Metro Philadelphia.

His short sale investing experience led him to another endeavor. He created a website all about real estate short sales and wrote an Ebook training guide to help investors, agents, and homeowners better understand the process. The demand for short sale assistance became so great that Jon started a short sale negotiating service. This service helped home owners, investors and agents all across the US with their short sale negotiations. Jon is one of the few nationally recognized experts in the field. He is now a featured guest instructor at Temple University’s Real Estate Institute on the subject of short sales.

Jon’s present focus is residential real estate purchases and sales and is the Broker of Record/Owner of Christopher Real Estate Services/
