Jon Cohn

Jon Cohn is the managing producer of forum programs and live events for 89.3 KPCC, Southern California Public Radio (SCPR). He is responsible for the management of the Crawford Family Forum (CFF), a town hall venue located at SCPR’s Mohn Broadcast Center. As part of the organization’s multi-platform content strategy, Cohn heads the team that produces CFF programs, live events, and community engagement partnerships.

Cohn has worked at SCPR, known locally as KPCC, since 2005, when he was brought on to coordinate the Major Gifts team's fundraising operations and events. In 2007, Cohn became SCPR's executive coordinator, managing administrative operations, special projects, and events for the company's president and CEO.
He's managed the CFF since its inception in 2010.

Cohn's familiarity with live events didn't start at KPCC. He is an an award-winning stage actor and currently serves as the founding artistic director of Mutineer Theatre Company, a nonprofit committed to the creation, development, and production of original work.

Cohn also serves on the board of directors for the Proteus Syndrome Foundation.
