I was born in British Columbia and grew up in Montreal where i studied professional cooking. Extended my culinary knowledge for several years in the Canadian Rockies after deciding to learn the aspects of front of the house. Studied wines and service techniques while working with distinguish Chefs and worked my way up to managing fine diners in the bow valley. area. Due to the passion i have towards food and wine i recently moved to Kelowna where new experiences are constantly awaiting me.
