I am an intuitive and creative thinker who thrives on challenges, problem solving, and discovery. My curiosity drives me to find information, understand connections, and then integrate seemingly disparate pieces into a logical flow. I tap that flow to identify themes and develop strategies, build working relationships, and navigate change. These things are a natural extension of my strengths, defined by some as Ideation, Strategy, Context, Connectedness, and Individualization.

Beyond all of that, I believe there is a creative spark in everyone, driven by innate ability and learned experiences. Every day can bring a new discovery, or it can be a repetition of days already past. As for me and my spark, we prefer journey to stasis, learning to stagnation, discovery to comfort, solutions to barriers... a river flowing feely.
