During the work day I head up European sales for Keepme.ai. A game changing revenue acceleration platform for fitness and wellness operators looking to add predictive certainty to their future and drastically outperform their competitors. This is achieved with help from our brilliant data science team's 95% accurate modelling and intelligent automation/personalisation tools.
I'm extremely passionate about helping club operators of all types grow and future proof their business. More so now than ever after such an incredibly tough period for the sector during the pandemic. My family are 40+ years into owning and operating an independent club here in the UK, so this stuff all runs pretty close to home!
Since I was 12, I have done everything from clean equipment, swimming pools (possibly the odd toilet) and run classes to developing sales and retention strategies that attract, convert and retain more members for longer. So you'll be surprised how many of the battle scars I've personally picked up along the way. I am though, delighted that stars have aligned and I'm at a point in my career now where I can help guide club operators towards sustainable commercial growth, just by helping them making smarter use of one of their greatest assets - data!
When I'm not working You'll find me outdoors in the countryside, rain or shine! Hiking up all the hills and highest vantage points I can find with my better half Jess and our newly recruited boxer dog, Rudi. I am also a season ticket holder at Anfield, the home of the legendary Liverpool Football Club.
