Jon DiPietra

Jon A. DiPietra is the Executive Vice President and Co-Founder of HT Appraisal, the valuation group of Horvath & Tremblay. He was born in New York City in 1975 and grew up in New Jersey and upstate New York. He began his career as an equity trader before moving into real estate valuation in 2001. He has appraised a wide range of commercial properties, including major New York City assets. From 2018 to 2024, he led a large appraisal team in New York. In 2024, he helped launch HT Appraisal, where he oversees national growth. He enjoys skiing, motorcycles, history, and spending time with his family.
