My early career as an actor afforded me ample opportunity to work as a lifeguard, bike messenger and barman in the long gaps between acting jobs. It also showed me the importance of engagement, the value of teamwork and the benefits of alignment.

After starting, growing and selling a small business, I have spent most of my career leading teams, improving customer experience and coaching for performance on three continents.

Most recently, across a number of teams at Auckland Council, I have been using service design thinking, process improvement and capability development to help create engaged teams, better services and happier customers.

As a coach, I combine my business experience, community governance knowledge and my passion for helping others grow to coach those keen to explore and exploit their full potential.
