I am a veteran of the U.S. Army and first year JD candidate at Vanderbilt University. After graduating from Brown University in 2014 with degrees in both physics and economics I spent three years working in Washington D.C. for the government relations firm J.A. Green & Co. While in Washington, I worked closely on defense procurement and issues related to critical materials including rare earth elements.

In 2017, I enlisted in the U.S. Army. After completing Officer Candidate School, I commissioned as a Second Lieutenant before completing my training as an infantry officer. Upon graduating from the U.S. Army’s Ranger School, I served two years with the 101st Airborne Division, including one deployment to East Africa.

I am an avid outdoorsman. I am a frequent backcountry skier and hiker and have climbed mountains all over the world. I am currently completing the journey to summit the highest point in every state.
