Hello!

I'm a 20 year old Spa Therapist, been working in a Spa for nearly 2 years now. Thoroughly enjoy working with the public, along with a fantastic team but i'm ready for a new challenge.

As a therapist I deal with customers on a daily basis with; complaints, appointments and the selling of products and promotions. All my previous roles have included sales, queries and customer service both face to face and via telephone so overtime I feel I have developed in those areas.
I'm a quick learner and am willing to learn new systems and adapt to new situations.

I'm a peoples person, love to talk, love to listen. A bubbly character but I work extremely hard, striving for excellence in my work, no matter what it is that I'm doing.
