We are revolutionizing the way property managers approach bookkeeping and thus their entire business.

Our goal is to tame the property management beast for PM companies, large and small. You don't have to go it alone.

I am a technology nerd at heart with a passion for property management and bookkeeping... and a vision.

I have been a property manager for almost 15 years... and at a point, I realized that there had to be a better way to get good bookkeeping help. But after a long search, I found that there just wasn't an individual or a company out there that I could hire on a part time basis that was knowledgeable in bookkeeping and property management and Appfolio or Buildium.

So I decided to create what I wanted... for myself.

And out of necessity, a vision was born. I couldn't keep this to myself. I had to share with all of those other property managers out there that needed help.
