Welcome! I am a native of Warrenton, VA currently living in Winchester, Va where I am a Career Switcher Student at Shenandoah University.

I will soon be licensed to teach K-12 Health and PE.

I love teaching and coaching.

I am passionate about helping young people learn and better themselves through health and physical education.
