Hi, I'm Jongmi Bae — a product designer, mother, and small business owner in Santa Clara, California.

I design digital products that are engaging, functional, and accessible, and I run JTL Hub, my own e-commerce business. Previously I was lead product designer at SPODIO Group, with earlier UX/UI work at Treatspace, AxleHire, and Interactivism.

My background started in fine art — a BFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, an MFA in 2D Design from Cranbrook Academy of Art, and a Master of Entertainment Technology from Carnegie Mellon University.
