Jong Yoon

Hey! My name is Jong Yoon and I am currently a senior at Biola University, graduating in May 2015! I am a Christian Ministries major and will move on to get my Masters in Spiritual Formation and Soul Care at the Institute of Spiritual Formation.

My heart and passion is student development, to see students fall in love with Jesus.

I grew up in a family of 5 in a beach town called Ventura, CA. I had a tough childhood growing up, but in many ways I am thankful to have had food on the table and a roof over my head. At age 17, I got saved when Jesus stepped into my business and man-handled my affections, turning me back unto Him, my first love. This was at the most broken time of my life and Jesus gave me hope and showed me a love I never knew. Now I live to make Him known.

In this fatherless generation, I want to see men step up in their homes! I want to see husbands stay faithful to their wives no matter what. I want to see fathers love their children with an undying passion. I want to see sons growing up wanting to be just like their daddy. I want to see boys treat women like they are daughters of the King.
