I have dedicated my entire career to the hospitality industry. The projects I have been a part of have allowed me to live and work in some great places like Paris, Cape Town and Guatemala City. English, Spanish & French are the languages I speak fluently. Friday for the Foodies is the weekly food column I write for the online music magazine Hidden Track. I am looking for the next challenge in my life and hoping to travel the world some more.
