Jon Kime is an Art & Design teacher currently working in an outstanding Wigan school delivering GCSE Photography: light & lens based media to KS4 students. Originally from W. Yorkshire, he relocated to Manchester to study a BA hons in Interactive Art at MMU before completing an MA in Creative Technology at the University of Salford. Teaching photography has aided his own practice greatly through his students demand for technical and contextual knowledge. Opportunity within school to photograph a wide range of subject matter from the staff 'Movember' calendar to head of year portraits has aided the development of his own practice greatly.
