Singular music notes flowing out my mind, where would I be without music? These lyrics wrap around my life like words from a biography and the music following me like a soundtrack. All my life I have been surrounded by music but it was high school when I first fell in love. It was the school bus in 9th grade, when the troublemaking kids brought a JBL Flip onto the bus. That was when I was first introduced to rap, this was a culture shock to my limited background in music. Before this it was only the occasional pop radio hits, or worship music my parents had turned on in the car. The song that was playing was “XOXO Tour Life” by Lil Uzi Vert. This song sent me down a rabbit hole, I had installed Spotify, bought cheap Walmart earbuds, and started catching up on all the wondrous music I had missed. It wasn’t until the summer of high school graduation when music leveled up for me. Listening wasn’t enough I had the urge to create. This was the beginning of my journey into creating music, creating art, and creating memories. Now as I write this bio, I hold several accomplishments, including a billboard hot 100 song, but one thing has never changed. I love music.
