Jon La Plante

Much of my work experience has been in product/application development, and I have a strong knowledge of said industry. I have leadership and management experience launching business-critical products for high-profile organizations, and a good understanding of the associated efforts. Many times I've been involved with identifying market opportunities, developing business requirements for those opportunities, and bringing them to delivery. I've spent the majority of my career working in high-pressure environments and roles; I'm focused and driven, and once I am committed to a project or goal I am not afraid to do what it takes in order to bring it to fruition. The ability to successfully manage and mitigate risks has been a requisite skill for my life and work; accepting challenges is the foundation of my life experiences and something I do with confidence.
