My life has been a long, twisty, and frequently unexpected pathway to where I am now, but I truly can't imagine being anywhere else and I know despite everything that I am where I am suppose to be. I have lived what I wanted, reached goals I set for myself, and overcome a challenge with cancer, to wind up here today. Now I have dedicated myself to a life-long passion of animal rescue, and focus my efforts on making a safer place for animals facing emergencies and disasters, as well as assisting their owners to be prepared for times of need as the head of Operations & Logistics for the Connecticut Emergency Animal Response Service (www.EARSCT.org).
