Greetings, I’m Jonny. I live in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. I moved here from County Down , Ireland in the summer of 2011. I have many interests and practices. Some are Health, Fitness, living a balanced life is very important to me.

I love my family which also includes my cats and dog. I love being outdoors. I love indoors too. Remember , having a good balance. 😀

Life is too short to waste it on doctrinal views on how to live, be it religious, societal , nationalistic brain washed views.
