Jonathan Schondorfer

I'm Head of Product at HiFi Collective, one of the world's largest specialist Hi-Fi components retailers. I own the full product lifecycle, from negotiating directly with international suppliers through to the on-site experience, internal tooling, content, and post-purchase performance.

Most of what I do sits at the intersection of commercial judgement and hands-on technical execution. In a lean team, that means building the systems and workflows that let a niche, technical category run as a global e-commerce business: structured product data, scalable launch processes, content that helps customers make confident high-consideration decisions, and conversion paths that respect how this audience actually buys.

I've leaned heavily into AI tooling this past year, including building a custom internal operations platform that's now central to how the team runs. I'm interested in how AI changes what a small team can credibly own, particularly in operations, product data quality, and customer-facing content.

Outside work I'm a keen runner and cyclist.
