Jonathan Presser

Jonathan Presser is a teacher, a mentor, a lifelong learner, a writer, an editor, and a baseball industry professional. One thing he is not, however, is a man of few words.
Jon graduated from the University at Buffalo in 2010 and earned his M.Ed from UB in 2013. While pursuing a Master's degree, Jon also wrote about sports as a passion project, which eventually led to his first professional sports industry roles. Jon spent several years in the professional baseball industry, including positions in club roles and league roles.
Jon's education experience has included research experience and work experience in NAEYC-accredited preschool classrooms, as well as designing and developing literature analysis projects, freelance educational consultant work, 1-on-1 tutoring, and public school classroom lead teacher experience. Jon has taught as a homeroom teacher at both the elementary/primary school and high school/secondary school level, and he most recently spent the 2022-23 school year teaching fifth-grade mathematics in Newark Public Schools.
