Jon Sanders

I am a technical writer with a background in 3D graphics, computer game technologies and microprocessors.

I have over twenty five years experience in the microprocessor industry, sixteen years of which have been with the microprocessor company ARC, which was spun off the original games company Argonaut Software.

During my time at Argonaut and ARC I graduated from R&D Engineer, working with the Nintendo SuperFX 3D graphics chip, as a RISC processor Design Engineer, a Project Manager of in-house 3D graphics subsystem, to Senior Manager and Technical Writer managing and writing various microprocessor and media processor reference manuals.

I consider myself both an Information Developer and Technical Writer, as I have spent considerable time developing content and techniques for delivering online information in various XML, Help, and PDF formats, from sources in both Microsoft Word and Adobe FrameMaker.

In my current technical writing roles I find myself working on microprocessor reference documentation, gaming technology documentation and GUI user guides.
