I am a multidisciplinary design leader with over 20 years of experience creating value and driving innovation through human-centered design. I have built and led product design teams for companies ranging from startups to the Fortune 100. I create working environments where UX professionals do their best work by leading with empathy, candor, and clarity. I have established methods, standards, and practices that reduce risk, ensure quality, and improve margins. I evangelize the role of design by demonstrating its ability to solve problems and create value. By facilitating collaboration between cross-functional stakeholders, I have developed product visions that secured billion-dollar contracts, created new businesses, and solved industry-wide problems.

I'm also a husband, father, and dog lover. I like to cook, build things, and fix things.

I kind of like living a little bit in the future and the past at the same time. I'm currently interested in cooking pizza with a live fire.
