Jonscott Turco

Jonscott is an experienced consultant, coach, and facilitator with a passion for harnessing collective intelligence and transformative approaches to management across diverse geographical and socio-political ecosystems.

An American who works and lives in the US, Europe, and Middle East, Jonscott received his Baccalaureate with a concentration in International Business and Marketing. He started his career in marketing and international public relations. After becoming curious how organizations and their people could work more collaboratively and productively, he returned to graduate school and was awarded a graduate fellowship from the United States Department of Education to conduct behavioral research while he pursued graduate studies in Psychology at Manhattan College in New York.

He is a cross cultural organizational transformation expert and skilled at diagnosing and repairing organizational inefficiencies and cultural problems. Thus, he promotes and curates an open and honest dialogue maximizing collective intelligence and developing solutions transcending previously held beliefs and constraints.
