I often remind people like you that work typically composes a serious proportion of your life. So about how old were you when you started your career… maybe 20, 25? Most Americans retire at age 65. So 40-50 years of our lives – arguably our healthiest years when we are at the height of our potential – and during those 40-50 years more of our waking hours are spent at work than are spent with our family and loved ones.

All I want is for those years to work smoother – for you and everyone else to experience more success and feel that our work is meaningful and makes a significant difference.
