Jorae Williams is a DMV based podcast host, social justice activist and entrepreneur located in Washington, DC. She is currently host of the Melanin 360 Podcast, and former co-host of the Flyylytical Podcast and the Wine Down Wednesday and DMV Squad Radio Shows.

In addition to being an entrepreneur and media maven, Jorae has spent over 15 years working in the areas of political action, civil rights, social justice and the labor movement working on political campaigns and advocating for working families and marginalized groups across the country.

As a business owner, Jorae created and manages Melanin 360, LLC, which is an umbrella for her podcast, social media content, merchandise, and other business ventures. Melanin 360 seeks to elevate all things important to the black community, support other black businesses and tackle and close the many gaps between communities of color and mainstream America.

When she's not behind the microphone hosting her podcast, you can find her participating in panel discussions, hosting events, doing podcast consulting, spending time with family and friends or traveling.
