Jordan Bruy

I am an undergrad at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, majoring in Print journalism with a minor in professional writing.

I have picked up several trades through my years of studying; photography and event planning being the two major ones.

Currently, I work as an assistant to the owners of WENDOH Media. While that may be my job title, I can assure you my work does not end there. I work closely with our events team to produce Hot 100, GlowRun, Seven Magazine's Best of the City party and any other events. I am a contributing writer for both Vegas Rated magazine and Seven magazine. My proudest accomplisment though has been designing and opening two of downtown Fremont's most successful establishments, Commonwealth and Park on Fremont.

When I am not working or going to school, you can find me devoting all my time to my sorority, Delta Zeta. Where I am the current Public Relations and Marketing chairman.

Through all of these opportunities, I rely heavily on electronic media use. I am required to post updates, events and photos to Twitter, Facebook and Instagram. I use Pinterest to gather ideas for upcoming projects or events. Electronic media plays a key role in my life and career.
