Jordan Halks

Hello, My name is Jordan. I am seventeen years old and I attend Tom C. Clark High School. I am a student currently living in San Antonio, Texas. However, I was born and raised in California. I moved to Texas my senior year in high school.

I am fortunate to have support from both parents. I know I will always be able to count on them throughout my life. They push me to follow my dreams, try new things, and do all the things I love.

I am interested in many things, however some of my interests include music, baking, animals, and fitness. I also play basketball. Being a part of a team sport teaches you so many things not only about playing basketball but about the real world and real life situations.

Currently I am a telemarketer. However, I have always dreamed about becoming a labor and delivery nurse or opening my own business. For example a bakery/cafe or my own hair salon. In order to do this I want to major in either cosmetology, business, nursing, and/or culinary. My goal in life is to find a profession that I will love doing and will allow me to support my family.
