I’m Jordan! Hello! I am owner and Creative Director at DANGER Communications, a marketing firm focused on promoting independent businesses, public personalities, and non-profits. We like marketing for good instead of evil.

I'm also blogger of GirlCrafted.com, a lifestyle blog about making stuff, doing stuff, and loving stuff.

I’m a content-creating fanatic. ‘Engagement’ is my favourite word. Writing is my passion; art and craftwork is my therapy; finding creative ways to promote and market worthwhile products and causes is what I live and breathe.

I am also President of the Capital Geek Girls, a fanclub for girls who are geeky. We promote the inclusion of females in the geek community, and encourage girls to embrace their geeky passions with verve and enthusiasm.

My career path has taken me in many directions, from community development for non-profits, to animation, to communications and journalism, with scads of teaching and facilitating thrown into the mix. The end result is a toolkit of skills that I employ in creative ways for each new challenge I accept.

In my spare time, I am a fanatic of repurposing old things, buying local and handmade, and making every aspect of life a creative feat.
