Jordan D. Betten

Jordan D. Betten is the managing director of Betten Equities Group and partner of Precision Assets, a Las Vegas based real estate investment group. Since their inception in 2011, Precision has successfully completed over 230 BVS (Buy,Value-Enhance,Resell) transactions totaling over $37,000,000 in sales to date. Mr. Betten has worked in real estate for over 10 years for some of the largest companies in the industry such as, Sotheby's International Realty, Prudential, Re/Max, and now Precision Realty. He began his career in 2006 selling luxury estates in the greater Los Angeles market, receiving awards as the youngest agent in the company. During the mortgage crisis of 2008/2009, Jordan saw a lucrative opportunity to acquire undervalued real estate assets. He has found a profitable niche as an investor with the BVS strategy and has made it his expertise. Jordan has been complimented by his clients and colleagues for having an intrinsic nature to find "value" in deals and his moral excellence.

Mr. Betten attended Marymount University, and holds real estate licenses' in both California and Nevada. He obtained his designation as a certified Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource from the National Association of Realtors in 2012. Outside of his passion for real estate investments, Jordan has served many charitable organizations including Mentor Matchmaker, The Jewish Agency for Israel, Project TEN of Ethiopia, Union Rescue Mission Homeless Shelter of Downtown LA, and Cedars-Sinai Hospital. He is an avid triathlete, golfer, and has explored 30+ countries. Jordan, and his wife, Julia, reside in Las Vegas and West Hollywood.
