As Director of Catering & Events at the legendary Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek, Jordan oversees one of the countries most iconic venues, where he leads the events division and team.

His journey began at 18 as a hotel intern. From the front desk to cocktail service, Jordan built his career from the ground up, fueled by curiosity, passion, and an obsession with events. He earned his degree from the world-renowned William F. Harrah College of Hospitality at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and holds a Master’s in Hospitality Management from the University of Houston's Hilton Hotel School, where his graduate thesis focused on luxury hotel task force strategy.

Over the past decade, Jordan has held leadership roles with global brands and consulted across Texas, Michigan, and California. In 2022, he launched his boutique consulting studio dedicated to transforming catering programs, elevating service standards, and mentoring talent at the highest level. Most known for developing wedding programs from scratch and elevating existing ones.

He also co-founded Hospitality Life, a collective of talent that delivered purpose-driven hospitality across the country.
