Jordan Folsom
Jordan Folsom began his career in sales at Firstline Security, Inc. in Orem, Utah, where he quickly rose to become Regional Manager. An ambitious team member, Mr. Folsom earned a number of honors during his time with the company, including the Prodigy Award and highest performing sales representative in the company’s history. Moreover, Mr. Folsom belonged to the elite top one percent of recruiting representatives for Firstline Security and brought in thousands of accounts to the company between 2004 and 2008.
Thanks to his success in both sales and management, Jordan Folsom accepted the role of Executive Vice President of Field Sales Development for Elevate, a telecommunications and digital service bundle provider based in Southern California. Responsible for market testing of all Elevate products, Mr. Folsom has also toured the country to share his unique sales strategies with various sales groups.
During the company’s prelaunch period, Jordan Folsom orchestrated the training process for the entire management team via large meetings and development of training materials. He also created sales process materials that include CDs, DVDs, and extensive manuals that detail his innovative customer service approach and engagement tactics, as well as scripts. Mr. Folsom has greatly assisted in the expansion of Elevate by opening seven offices nationwide and personally enlisting hundreds of sales representatives.
