Communications Specialist with 3+ years of experience developing and executing communication strategies in national organizations, such as National Council of Magistracy.

I am a passionate for communications and strategic planning. I acquired expertise in corporate events, organizational culture & climate, branding and design.

​I graduated from the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos (UNMSM) with a bachelor’s degree in Social Communication (2016) and undertook postgraduate studies in Human Resources at Universidad Ricardo Palma, Public Management and Government at Universidad de Piura and Marketing Management at Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas. Also, I took courses at CENTRUM Catolica and The Diplomatic Academy of Peru, among others. Currently, I obtained a licentiate degree in Social Communication with a research on Internal Communication and Organizational Climate. (2019)

In the academic field, I supported and led communications events such as ENCOM (2014) and ENDICOM (2016), that met many hundreds of professionals and students.

In 2018, I created ADIRCOM, an organization that looks for showing through interviews to communications leaders, the function of communications and marketing in differents companies.
