Juicer Nutrition

I'm new to trying a reboot and juicing diet and thought that this would be a good way to get into it. Far I'm very impressed with this juicer and its ability to extract juice from veggies and fruits.

Juice! I was 145 last week and even adding juice to my diet and adding healthier meal choices I've lost 2 lbs! I will say one thing the screen is tricky to clean but if I use just enough soap to make a foam when I scrub it comes out nice.

If you don't want a huge mess (I use grocery plastic bags to line the basket) and to juice quickly if you are a busy person or busy parent, this is the juicer nutrition for you. It juices whole fruit, though I usually cut and get the seeds from my apples, I've done it both ways.

It juices great, fast, and the chute is large enough for most things. Washing the other parts can be a bit of a chore, and wash them with soap you must unless you don't mind the gunk build up over time from fresh juice and veggie residue. I also wish there 'd be some kind of opening and closing trap for the chute, as pouring juice will usually leave some leftover juice in the basin to come out the chute and onto the table it's sitting on.

When it's pure good, you've got ta pay it forward, right?! It does a great job of filtering out the pulp from the juice. I still use it at full capacity for about a month every 4 months or so for my juice fast. I don't care for the foam but if you let the foam sit a short time, it breaks down into more juice, so don't throw it away.
