I'm a chef, music lover and travel junkie.

I've traveled throughout the world in pursuit of novel experiences and inspiration for life and food. My travels have led me through Southeast Asia, Australia, New Zealand, China and the The Philippines.

After years of restaurant work and culinary training I have taken an interest in food and international culture. I hope to continue on my journey and to share my experiences.

I now serve as a Private Chef and Estate Manager in Rancho Santa Fe, CA.
