Jordan Sharp

When I was younger, my favorite thing to do was read. As I got older and went through school, I always enjoyed my English classes the most and they were where I excelled. I always preferred the reading and interpreting of other's writing more than I did writing my own pieces. As I have gotten older I have become more comfortable with that side of English, but I still prefer reading over writing any day.

Now that I am in college, I am still following the English path. My freshman year I took some time to see if there was anything that I liked more, but I decided that the English path was the best for me and chose to become an English major. I am also minoring in Social Media. I am currently a sophomore here at Morehead and I am 20 years old. Apart from working towards my degree, I also have an on-campus at the student call center. Here I call alumni and friends of the university to keep them up to date with things going on and to assist them in donating if they wish to do so.

Once I graduate from Morehead, I would like to go on to graduate school and get my Masters in Library Sciences. I have thought about many grad schools, but I am very open to moving from Kentucky because I have lived here my whole life. I would really like to move somewhere new and attend grad school there.
