Jordan Sowunmi

Jordan Sowunmi is a staff writer and editorial CMS manager at VICE Canada. Before that, he was the interim Managing Editor of the Toronto Standard. His freelance work has been published by VICE, VICE Canada, Noisey, Exclaim!, NOW Magazine, the Toronto Standard, and the Wa Magazine (where I am Managing Editor). As a social media manager, he has managed campaigns for American Express, AXE Canada, Doritos, Rogers, Second Cup, SCENE, and the UFC. He's appeared on television three times, and was very nearly the male co-host of a CBC Kids’ show once. In his spare time, he watches Friday Night Lights and texts his friends screen captures of memes rappers post on Instagram.
