One of my strengths from the Strengths Quest assessment was learner. To me, this is the most important one of my strengths because my future job will require me to always be learning. I love learning new things everyday. As a dietician, I have to stay on top of the new information about medicine, health, and food. I have to learn about people everyday, and follow all of the new diet trends and supplements in the world today.

For the dream job assignment, we had to find a job position that we are interested in and what we would want to do. This helped me because I saw many different jobs that I could do as a dietician. I found a job as a sports nutritionist and coach. This made me excited because it is exactly what I want to do after graduation, and it was great to know that it is out there and hopefully that's what I will be able to find later.

The first year success series was helpful for me. For this assignment, we had to go to four different information sessions of our choosing that will help us during our first year at OSU. The topics that I chose were about the BBC book, all of the things that libraries have to offer for students, beating anxiety, and building authentic relationships. The beating anxiety one was very helpful. As a first year student, everything is stressful. It is the first time living away from home and on your own, you are making new friends, starting harder classes, and it is very independent. This session helped to explain how to manage and stop stress.
