Capital raising, investor, and Tech founder in Toronto, Canada

I am a seasoned global investor and entrepreneur with a passion for building and scaling businesses across diverse markets. With extensive experience living and working in six countries, I bring a broad international perspective and a deep network that spans the globe. Currently based in Toronto, my professional journey encompasses a robust background in capital markets, capital formation, and fintech, having successfully raised over $1.4 billion across the alternatives landscape—including hedge funds, private equity, real estate, and the entertainment industry.

My career began in Monaco at EFG Bank, working with the Latsis Family as a hedge fund and private equity analyst. I advanced to become a Partner at Nomos Capital in London, one of the pioneering third-party marketing firms, before founding Kyro Capital, which focused on raising capital for North American investment funds targeting the EMEA market.

On the startup front, I am a Techstars-backed fintech CEO and co-founder of Thrive Savings, a mobile platform that empowered users to save money through cashback rewards. Thrive was recognized as a 'US Top 100 Fintech to Watch' and grew to serve 150,000 users. Additionally, I helped launch the first Prize-Linked Savings app in the US with Long Game Savings, where I was the third employee (acquired by Truist Bank in 2022).

More recently, I have played a key role in securing funding for high-profile filmmakers and producers, serving as an executive producer on two films that premiered at Cannes 2024 and received nominations for Oscar, BAFTA, and Golden Globe awards.

Beyond my investment and entrepreneurial pursuits, I serve as a mentor to technology startups through Techstars, the largest seed investor in North American startups. I have been featured on BNN Canada, Forbes, Reuters, and Global News Canada, and have had the honor of addressing the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston on financial health and technology. As a film enthusiast, I have invested in and executive produced several acclaimed movies, including Ferrari (Michael Mann, Adam Driver, Penélope Cruz), Rumours (Guy Maddin, Cate Blanchett, Alicia Vikander), and The Apprentice (Ali Abassi, Jeremy Strong, Sebastian Stan). I also hold an Improv 1 certification from the renowned Second City.

I hold an MBA from the International University of Monaco and an Honors BA from Western University in Ontario, Canada.
