As a tour coordinator at Paradigm Talent Agency, Jordan Yarosh advances show details with various international promoters while managing requests from artist management. Jordan is responsible for creating and distributing itineraries, booking first-class travel, and maintaining budgets and expenses for various A-list DJ's and musicians. Specializing in private jets and 5-star hotel accommodations, Jordan is responsible for all logistics of his artist's intensive schedule. The fast-paced, demanding nature of this environment can be particularly difficult to navigate with last-minute modifications and occasional force majeure.

Before graduating New York University with a BA in Music Business, Jordan Yarosh grew up playing drums in local bands and learned audio engineering at a local community college. His old band, The Sliders, performed at Bamboozle Festival, headlined Gramercy Theater, and released an album titled "City By The Sound" that is available on Spotify. Throughout his time in The Sliders, Jordan was studying studio recording and the latest advanced recording techniques. He completed various studio internships including 9 months at Quad Recording Studios in Manhattan.

Jordan Yarosh began working as an audio engineer at the music venue Highline Ballroom in 2010. It was here that Jordan began to meet touring bands and crew that would lead to his first tour in the summer of 2012, only 2 weeks after graduating from NYU. Over the next 5 years, Jordan traveled and worked directly with a diverse group of artists including Taylor Swift, Vance Joy, Elle King, Andrew McMahon in the Wilderness, Hoodie Allen, 3OH!3, You Me At Six, Cute Is What We Aim For, The Ready Set, and We The Kings, among others.

Jordan Yarosh lives in New York City and has been working at Paradigm Talent Agency since 2016. Jordan continues to organize shows in venues from small clubs and theaters to the largest stadiums in the world. Jordan Yarosh may have left the nomadic touring life behind but his career in the music industry has only just begun.
