Jordi Pedrol

Jordi Pedrol is an accomplished financial and operations professional with more than 20 years of experience in high tech entities. Today he focuses on providing emerging technology companies with CFO level financial management and advisory services on an as needed, part-time basis, such as:

• Design and implement infrastructure for rapid growth • Manage all finance and administrative functions, enabling management teams to focus on product advancement and milestone achievement • Strategic planning and budgeting in a rapidly-changing environment • Business modeling and benchmarking (SaaS, Software, E-commerce, Mobile) • Fundraising, M&A, due diligence • Negotiations and business partnering abilities with investors, banks and advisors • Hands-on accounting (including revenue recognition), cash management and financial reporting/analysis.

Jordi has a MS in Financial Management from Carnegie Mellon University and teaches Entrepreneurial Finance at La Salle Business Engineering School in Barcelona.

Jordi is also an avid long-distance runner.
