I would like to introduce myself, Jorge Enríquez Fuentes, Agronomic Engineer and MBA from Pont. U. Católica de Chile with more than 30 years of international professional experience in different aspects of the global livestock value chain, ranging from the administration of dairy and beef farms in the southern and central areas of Chile, to the roles of Deputy Production Director for Agrosuper´s pigs operations (2002 - 2011), General Manager at Sopraval SA. from 2011 to 2019 and Animal Production Director in Smithfield Mexico 2022-2025.

I also participated as member of the board in Chilecarne AG (Association of Meat Exporters of Chile) and as Vice President of ASIVA (Valparaiso´s Industrial association).
