As a thought leader in the concept of security, I have experiencie on the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) to enable governments and corporations to prevent, detect, respond and recover quickly and effectively from threats.

I´m a well sought-after speaker and trainer internationally and well regarded in evangelizing how mission critical technology capabilities can be utilized to make communities safe and secure.

With my extensive frontline cybersecurity and public safety experience and deep ICT knowledge in mission critical design and implementation, I assist public safety and security agencies at both operational and ICT levels, helping governments and agencies to better understand their future challenges, trends, requirements and best practices.

Prior to joining TUTUM (www.tutum.com.mx), I spent more than 20 years of experience in companies like Huawei, IBM and Oracle, responsible for leading solutions and best practices for Governments, including justice, public safety, national security and defense, across North, Central, Latin America and The Caribbean region. I also spent 7 years as CIO for Mexico federal government in public safety and national security areas.

Over the years, I have been actively involved in the operational and technical deployments of many public safety and security projects including: mission critical communications systems; command, control, communications and information/intelligence systems; intelligence systems especially to support real time frontline responses; national disaster and event management systems; video and mobile surveillance systems; aerial communication and surveillance systems and mobile data applications.
