I am a restaurant General Manager, consultant and motivational speaker. I currently reside in Austin, Texas. Restaurants and hospitality are two of my biggest passions. I bring 21 years of management experience to the table. A foodie at heart, I can be found dining out or cooking in my free time. I've been fortunate to have some amazing mentors over the course of my career and I challenge myself to have the same impact on my team members.

A former nightclub DJ for 10 years, music is one of my other passions. My other interests range from movies to reading, watching sports (Red Sox, Celtics, Bruins & Arizona Cardinals) and spending time with family & friends.

More than anything, I love helping and developing others. There is a pride I take in being a mentor to other passionate individuals. I've fought through some tremendous lows to create a better life for myself. I love speaking to others and helping to motivate themselves to identify and attain their goals.
