Jorge Azpurua

Jorge A. Azpurua has been fortunate enough to be able to serve in numerous leadership positions for companies that have thrived. He served on the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors for BanPro Banco Universal, a mortgage specialized bank in Venezuela. Jorge Azpurua also served on the Audit Committee and on the Board of Directors for Corporacion Industrial Montana (Corimon), a company specializing in packaging, resin, paints, and chemicals in Venzuela and also traded on the New York Stock Exchange. He would also serve on the Board of Directors for a real estate company in Venezuela called Codinca, which specializes in acquiring and then converting multifamily properties into condos. In the center states of Venezuela, Codinca has converted more than two-hundred units. Jorge Azpurua also served for a term on the Board of Directors for the “Federacion Venezolana de Entidades de Ahorro y Prestamo”, which is a national Savings & Loan Chamber.
