I co-founded a company in Seattle, starting from humble beginnings on a dock in Ballard port and later expanding to Cádiz, Spain. We grew the company into a thriving engineering consultancy with over 100 employees and a presence in five countries. Focusing on functional programming and large-scale data management led us to achieve significant revenue growth and establish a solid international presence.

After strategically preparing for acquisition, we sold the company to a major consulting firm and integrated it into its global structure. This transition allowed us to blend our innovative culture with a larger framework, enriching our team's expertise and broadening our impact.

Currently, I serve as the Global VP of Creativity at Xebia, leading efforts to transform and centralize the marketing structure. My role involves establishing centers of excellence in creativity and design, performance marketing, and communication. Additionally, I am an active investor in various initiatives, supporting innovative startups and fostering new ideas.

Beyond my professional endeavors, I am passionate about vinyl records and the analog listening experience. My family, including my children Lola and Momo and my partner Natalia, are my greatest treasures.
