Smart creative with 15+ years of experience in Consulting, Sales, Start-ups and Product Management. Passionate advocate for healthcare transformation with the patient at the center. Big picture thinker with an uncommon common sense, and a strong focus on relationships and communication. The disposition of an artist encapsulated within a rigorously quantitative mind, ruled by a compassionate teacher’s heart. A tireless humorist with a keen curiosity and an experimental mindset, often building, testing, and learning in small batches.

Wisdom I've gained over the years:

1. [Sales] Human behavior is predictable, look for the patterns and work with them, not against them.

2. [Customer Exp] It’s your customers' value proposition, not yours. Ask them what they care about, don’t assume.

3. [Startups] You'll never have enough time or money to make your offering “done,” just make it “enough” and ship it. Nothing earns trust and builds loyalty faster than delivering on your promises to customers, and those repeat sales will buy you more time and money.

4. [Startups] Go lean as long as you can. Asking for money means asking for permission, which takes time and focus away from solving the problem.

5. [Marketing Strategy] You cannot serve everyone, and you cannot be everything to everybody, so decide (or discover) who you are, and find your fit.

6. [Business Analytics/ Data Science] Data, analytics, and technology are only as valuable as the problems they solve. Start with the problem.

7. [Business Analytics/ Data Science] Be wary of clever solutions that outsmart users, as they will frustrate adoption.

8. [Consulting] Clients are unique, but their problems are not. Hear past symptoms to their underlying, universal (albeit nuanced) problem.

9. [Consulting] A one-size-fits-all solution fits no one (even if it solves the problem), so translate it back into the client’s language.

10. [Product Mgmt] To be a great product person you must focus on people and relationships.
